{High Contrast Photography} is widely popular and can be done cross platform from people to inanament objects. You can go as basic or complex as you want creating some stunning imagery. These are images from several artists that have posted them on the internet and I thought they showed some great ways that you can use lighting to get some spectacular black and white high contrast images.
